Your hotel concierge will arrange the booking of your treatments. The concierge team will handle all necessary arrangements and we will provide you with a confirmation along with a confirmation message and a payment link.

Kiss n Makeup Club is a beauty concierge offering beauty services, hair and makeup teams and photography services from the comfort of your home, office, or hotel room. We specialise in corporate beauty pop up bars, bridal beauty nights, events and teams for shows.

What products do the beauty therapists use?
Our beauty therapists work with a variety of world-class, award-winning brands. The specific brands used may vary depending on the therapist and the treatments they offer. You can find a full list of brands on each therapist's profile.
What beauty professionals do you work with?
We work with skilled beauty therapists, makeup artists and expertise in the grooming industries who have experience in their field. Our hairstylists and makeup artists have a tier option to choose from, ‘Elite’ and ‘Creative Directors’ are experienced in editorial, fashion, media, and celebrity bookings. You can choose from the team and decide if you would prefer our ‘Class’ consultants over our experienced who use higher end brands. How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment through our website or by downloading the app. Simply create an account, select your desired treatment, therapist, and preferred time, and complete the booking process. Appointments can be made up to three months in advance.
What if my beauty professional is running late?
If your therapist happens to run late, they will try to notify you through the chat feature or our concierge team will reach out to you. If you haven't received any updates, please contact concierge@kissnmakeupclub.com or call (+44) 020 3370 4344 for assistance.
Can I choose my professional?
Yes, you can choose your own the website allow you to browse available therapists, view their professional bio. If your preferred therapist is not available at your desired time, please contact concierge@kissnmakeupclub.com for assistance.
How can I amend my booking?
To make changes to your booking, please contact our Concierge Team at (+44) 020 3370 4344 If you decide to upgrade your booking during the appointment, your therapist will be able to make the updates depending on their availability.
How long will my therapist wait if I am running late?
The therapist will wait up to 20 minutes but then will have the option to leave but you will still be charged for the full treatment. If you are running late 15 minutes or less your treatment may be compromised.
Is a shampoo and hair treatment included in a blow dry?
No only a blowdry and hair styling products will be included in your blow-dry, you will be required to wash and condition your hair at least 10 minutes before your stylist arrives.
What will I need to provide for my massage or facial treatment?
Please request extra towels from your concierge team who will provide extra towels for your treatment. You will need one large, one medium and one small towel for your treatment. If you would like your therapist to apply a hot towel to your back and feet you can request this to your therapist before your treatment begins.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancelling your booking within 12 hours of the appointment, you will be charged the full amount. Cancelling within 24 and 12 hours of the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total amount. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund. In the event that we are able to successfully reschedule your booking with the same or another therapist, you will not be charged. If you are booking via a hotel concierge then you can cancel / amend your booking within a 10 minute slot before charges incur.
What is the cancellation policy for last minute bookings?
For last-minute bookings made with less than 12 hours' notice, you have a 10-minute window from the moment of confirmation to make any changes free of charge. This includes correcting the time slot or service selected.
Can I make changes to my booking or cancel specific services?
If you have multiple treatments booked, you can remove or cancel some treatments 12 hours or more in advance. After that, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Are there any fees associated with booking?
Yes, there is a booking fee of 6% of your basket total, before any promotions or discounts are applied. This fee helps sustain the Kiss n Makeup Club platform, ensuring we can provide real-time customer service and maintain operational functions such as vetting and background checks for our beauty therapists. The booking fee is non-refundable and capped at £9.99.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will process your refund within 48 hours of cancellation during working hours. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 working days for the refund to be fully processed into your account.
How can I apply to become a freelancer at Kiss n Makeup Club?

You can also reach us by phone at from Monday to Sunday, 9am to 9pm. If you are unhappy with the service you received, we require photographic evidence (for applicable treatments) within 24 hours of the treatment in order to investigate further.
