These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 
services provided by Kiss n Makeup Club ("Company") and constitute a 
legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By utilising 
our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & 
Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & 
Conditions, you may not use our services.
1. Services
Kiss n Makeup Club provides mobile beauty services, which include 
arranging appointments for beauty treatments, organising promotional 
events, and promoting empowering events for women. The Company 
retains the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the 
services at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
To avail of our services, you must be at least 18 years old and possess 
the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By utilising our services, you 
represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Appointment Bookings
The Company facilitates the scheduling of appointments for beauty 
treatments at home visits and upscale hotels. The availability of 
appointments is subject to the availability of service providers. The 
Company does not guarantee the availability of specific service providers 
or the accuracy of their availability information.
4. Promotional Events
Kiss n Makeup Club may organise and execute promotional events at 
luxury hotels to showcase beauty services and products. The Company 
reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional event at its discretion.

5. Empowering Events for Women
The Company promotes and organises empowering events for women to 
inspire and support them in various aspects of their lives. These events 
may include workshops, seminars, and networking opportunities. The 
Company retains the right to modify or cancel any empowering event at 
its discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, 
logos, and content, associated with Kiss n Makeup Club's services are 
owned by the Company. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute 
any of the Company's intellectual property without prior written 
consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kiss n Makeup Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, 
consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of its services. 
The Company's total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, 
shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services rendered.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in 
accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out 
of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive 
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
